LIAISON-FACILITATOR

Job Description:

Responds directly to the program manager. This person is the direct link between the entrepreneurs, the communities and the organization. It’s also responsible for disseminating information pertinent to the services. It recruits and identifies the needs of both the entrepreneur and the environment in which these entrepreneurs or social enterprises find themselves. Recommend strategies to achieve goals.

Full-time (160 hours per month) / $18,000 per year

Responsibilities:

Core responsibilities:

• Visit the different assigned municipalities.

• Establish relationships with entrepreneurs, communities and social organizations, among others.

• Collect information from employers. Create reports.

• Keep a record of visits and minutes of meetings developed of your efforts.

General responsibilites:

• Monthly and quarterly reports

Workplace:

• Rio Grande / CCIS, Hato Rey

• Has to be able to move around the “home base” work place to visit another communities as part of the compliance duties.

Requirements:

• Bilingual skills

• Car owner

• Microsoft Office programs experienced

• Degree in area related preferred
