El Yunque App Coordinator

Job Description:

Responds directly to the co- working manager. Helps coordinate the implementation of the app. Assist in promotes efforts, evaluate and recommends new improvements of the app. Helps informed and business owners in the establishment and use of the app. Also helps promote the app within new users (Business owners and general public). Identifies new opportunities and strategies to expand, including possible investors.

Full-time (160 hours per month) / $18,000 per year

Responsibilities:

Core responsibilities: 

  • App implementation 

  • Ensure compliance to all product guidelines

  • Recommend improvements in strategies to increase customer retention

  • Recommend ways to increase traffic to app 

General responsibilities:

  • Monthly and quarterly reports

  • Lead Group Presentations 

  • Maintain optimal level of customer service

Workplace:

  • Rio Grande & Vitrina Solidaria CCIS space.

  • Has to be able to move around the “home base” work place to visit another communities as part of the networking and official meetings.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual skills

  • Car owner

  • Microsoft Office program experienced

  • Knowledge in app implementation is preferred
